Someone Had to Get This Thing Started.
The name is Rachelle, I'm the founder and creative lead behind Olive Grey Creative.
Before starting Olive Grey, I spent years working behind the scenes of digital agencies, including supporting the operations of two full-service digital agency studios and serving as Director of Projects & Web.
My background spans engineering, design, project management and digital marketing, giving me a pretty well-rounded perspective on how creative ideas turn into successful projects. I've led multidisciplinary teams, managed complex website builds and worked across everything from creative direction and digital strategy to website design, development, marketing and optimization.
But somewhere along the way, I realized the part I enjoyed most wasn't just bringing projects to life. It was getting to know the people behind the businesses, understanding what they were trying to achieve and figuring out how to make it happen.
That's what led me to build Olive Grey.
