I am Rachelle, the Owner of Olive Grey Creative and a creative problem solver. I am excited to introduce myself and my capabilities! It might look like a novel below but it’s worth the read :)
My background spans across Engineering, Fashion Design, Graphic Design, Project Management and Project Marketing. With nearly a decade of agency experience and my previous role as Director of Projects and Web, I have honed my skills in project marketing, serving as a leader, manager, and director of projects for a diverse array of brands. From the inception of concepts to branding, strategy, digital marketing, social media management, production, creative direction, event planning, and web design and development, I have consistently steered projects toward success.
Sharing a bit of my journey in Vancouver, BC—I've been fortunate to work for and team up with some incredible brands in my 13 years here. My focus is building trust, because without trust, well, you don’t really have any relationship. I am loyal to my clients and in return they have been loyal and supportive back. It’s a 50/50 relationship, It's more than business; it's about authentic collaboration and just being real and honest.
While my passion lies in the realm of web-related ventures encompassing creative direction, website design and development, optimization, and performance audits. I am weird and derive immense satisfaction from assisting brands and companies in bolstering their growth. I love educating people and watching them succeed.
My approach centers around being genuine and getting to know my clients and becoming a 3rd arm to their brand, supporting and taking on the tasks they either don’t have time for or feels foreign to them.

My experience of almost a decade in project marketing, project management, as a project producer & Director of projects and web for two agencies based in Vancouver has allowed me to gain the title “Creative Problem Solver”. I love the problem solving that comes with project managing and web development. I need both worlds to thrive, which is where the technical side of web & website design comes in. I love out of the box ideas and trying new ways to improve processes or create web platforms.
